The Calkin's House
First Security Financial's home office is located in Eugene, Oregon in the historic "Calkin's House". The home was built in 1899 by W.W. Calkins a prominent early day Eugene lawyer and banker. Mr. Calkins also served as a State Representative and two terms as a State Senator.
The Calkins house has been designated as Eugene's City Landmark and placed on the National Historic Registry. The Queen Anne style Victorian home is now owned by Dennis and Cheryl Thaut, and sits on its original site which is now downtown Eugene.
