Many travellers, such as Peter and Kay Forwood, have stayed at Hotel Vicente Lopez. It is also just north of AV GRL PAZ, on AV DEL LIBERTADOR. This is more expensive than Hotel Munro 4762-1317, but not as nice. Some moto travellers stay here.

The hotel I know is placed in Vicente Lopez. You don´t have to go downtown.
The exact adress is Av. Libertador 902 - Vicente López. The telephone number
is 4797-3773.
The best way to get to the hotel is: Azul - Las Flores - San Miguel del
Monte - Cañuelas - Ezeiza (Richieri Highway) when you cross the second toll,
you take Avenida General Paz until you reach Av. del Libertador. You have to
take to Provincia (The second exit to Av. del Libertador). The hotel is
placed at 9 blokcs from the General Paz. I think Ricardo know this place,
maybe you can see with him in a map where it is located. Or if you want, we
can meet anywhere, and I can go with you to the hotel.

The restaurant is Siga la Vaca. I don´t have the adress, but is very well known in BA. There are different establishments, in Puerto Madero, in Pilar, in Martinez (where we went). This one is located in front of the Hipódromo de San Isidro, in Fondo de la Legua avenue.
If they are going to stay in downtown, it´s better to them to go to the one in Puerto Madero.
Any recommendation? Yes, tell them to go for a dulce de leche and chocolate ice cream at Freddo.
