Thnaks for the mail - we loved (!!!) southern Brasil
with its Italian and Germans and their great wine,
cheese, bred and sausages.
Jan (a friend) and I once stayed in a "love place"
because of heavy rain and night time - it was one of
the best places we have ever stayed (without sex of
course). We paid for the whole night the "4 hours
time" price (cheap!). He received an extra matrace, so
I had the double with mirrors around me for myself.
;-)
The bikes were save and sound in the "private" garage
- just a perfect place. You have to forget, what the
construction is normally for.
To the trip inland Urugay: We missed in Brasil the
coast way (like you) because it was raining cats and
dogs. Inland was far better weather! But: Later on we
had to listen that we missed all of Urugays Beauty.
Our impression of that country was - lets say - a
little depressing.
